We follow a rigorous 10-step search process to ensure each project is thorough and consistent. Before we start a search, we meet with the client to get a thorough understanding of their business and talent requirements. From there, we're able to develop an effective search strategy that includes in-depth market research and direct recruitment of passive candidates in the marketplace. This leads us to the interview stage where we assess and rank a list of top candidates. We then facilitate the client hiring and selection process, advising on both interviewing techniques and candidate assessment. Clients can expect to receive regular status reports and other communications throughout the search. At the client's request, we also provide expert reference checking and job offer negotiation services as part of the process. Our role doesn't end with the hire, however. We work with clients to ensure the effective onboarding of new hires so they transition smoothly into their new role. After the search, a project review is conducted to get feedback about our search performance, as well as to follow up on the progress of the hired candidate in the organization.
