Situation:
Our client manages the Healthcare Delivery system nationally (exQuebec) with more than 4000 colleagues. In early 2003, our client started the journey to transform its service delivery model—from a regional to a national model. This was a massive change considering the importance of their legacy. They reached out to Mandrake for assistance in implementing this vision.

Mandrake is honoured to have been instrumental in assisting our client with it's attaining its vision and goals.

Approach:
We met with the client to gain a thorough understanding of the organization, the cultural and operational changes they desired and the roles, and our mandate. Together, we developed position profiles to present to potential candidates. We targeted individuals who had been successful in transforming a culture and were committed to making a difference in a not-for-profit organization.

Result:
Within 2 years, Mandrake helped to put in place the senior leadership roles for Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams coast to coast. Reviews of the teams indicate the organization has successfully re-branded itself and has regained consumer confidence in the system and from a customer service perspective, a level of accountability has been instilled down through the whole organization allowing it to reach its strategic goals.
