Charles is a senior executive search consultant with a strong reputation for relationship building and acting as a trusted advisor to clients while helping them build impactful teams.
His experience includes working with a range of clients from; small to medium enterprises, large global organizations, in both the private and public sectors. Charles possesses great expertise in the technology, healthcare/life sciences, industrial, professional services, government, education and non-profit sectors.
By providing clients with a high degree of personalized service, Charles is able to recruit executive and mid-management level talent for a variety of corporate, specialist and other high impact roles.
With his proven proficiency in leading the full recruitment process, Charles also retains expertise in human capital management, inclusive of talent management, training and development, career planning and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining Mandrake, Charles led his own executive search practice, Lennox Millar Executive Search. Still prior to that, Charles was a Vice-President at PricewaterhouseCoopers Executive Search, where he led the technology search practice. Charles spent the early part of his career at Canadian Pacific where he was in charge of the training and management education for the Information Technology Department.
Charles received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science, Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario in 1983. Charles is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Certified Age in Place Professional (CAPS).
